Vivek Agnihotri’s The Kashmir Files is an unprecedented success! The business of the Anupam Kher-starrer has been steadily flourishing since it opened its doors last week, with a new estimate of Rs. 220 crores collected in just 16 days of operation. It appears now that on its third Sunday too, the collections are set to spike and go up by at least 8 crore rupees ($1 million USD). Trade projections estimate a third weekend revenue around 25 crore rupees ($3 million USD), which would put The Kashmir Files’ gross earnings over 400 crore rupees ($59 million USD).
