Rich Froning Jr. is a world-renowned Crossfit athlete, who has set the standard for what it means to be world-class in this field. Born and raised in Mount Clemens, MI – Rich took up baseball as an activity in college and quickly became one of the best players on his team. Post graduation from Central Michigan University, he dedicated all his time to fitness training with several other athletes from around the country creating what would become CrossFit. His reign continues today, where not only does he hold 4 consecutive titles at the Crossfit Games but also has been dubbed The Fittest Man On Earth.
