The Michael Lockett Diet is a strict diet. Like all bodybuilders, he follows it very closely. When there are off season sessions, he gives himself cheat meals of burgers and fries occasionally but never too much because then the big muscles will shrink back down.
He also talked about his supplementation regimen which was what we’re going to discuss next because it’s essential to show how different people work out and approach their diets differently; that way you can see if these methods are right for you or not.

One way of staying focused while eating is limiting yourself to three large meals per day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Make sure to also drink plenty of water when working out because it helps your muscles stay hydrated which will make them feel less stiff afterward!

Michael Lockett Diet
In order for one to maintain good health, two key components are necessary- what we eat and how much exercise we get on a regular basis. When it comes to food intake, ensuring that caloric needs are being met while also taking into consideration both macronutrients (protein, fat, carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins & minerals) is imperative.
Exercise should be well distributed across all days of the week as well as different body parts so as to stimulate muscles enough without overworking them. Eating right combined with sleep will help you look forward to getting up in the morning knowing you’ve got these necessities out of the way already!
