The sequel to the blockbuster hit, KGF – Chapter 2 was released last month and received praise from audiences across all of India. Running on over 10,000 screens worldwide, it’s business increased exponentially each day. However, weeks after its release, people are still going out to watch this movie in theaters because it has been so well-received.
The overseas market for U.A.E has seen KGF Chapter 2 as its latest blockbuster hit. With a solid opening, the movie’s collections only continue to grow and match some of the country’s other blockbuster hits. In fact, at USD 32,21,057 [Rs. 25 crore], its total earnings are now higher than SS Rajamouli’s RRR (USD 29,81,365 Rs)
Though both movies are doing reasonably well at the United Arab Emirates’ (U.A.E) box office, it is clear that KGF- Chapter 2 has outdone its competition; even when compared to other Indian movies such as RRR starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR .
