Who is Jocko Willink?
Born on 8th September 1971 in Torrington, Connecticut, US, my stubborn streak led me to join the military at a young age. My rebellious nature coupled with my headstrong attitude landed me within an elite team of combat officers who specialize in rapid deployment – or what you might call special forces. In this line of work I’ve seen some of the most dangerous missions ever committed and still managed to survive after two decades’ worth of service.
Now retired from active duty status but still working as an author and public speaker – I share these stories without fail so others can learn how to push themselves just that little bit further than they think they’re capable of going.
Nationality: American
Profession: Navy officer

This author who wears an outfit, has written many books about how he obtains freedom in all aspects of life -mental and physical- through the self-discipline. He says Without discipline, there will be no real progress.

Jocko seems to really enjoy those supplements. In fact, he even has a supplement company himself and confirms that Pre-Workout Supplements are important for him before his high-intensity workouts. They’re said to help extend your endurance and performance so you can keep going longer. In order to maintain a perfect balance between being physically active during the day while being equally mentally active, this entrepreneur takes Nootropics when the sun rises every morning.
Along with taking these nootropics, Jocko also takes Whey Protein which provides him with just enough protein needed to build muscle or for recovery time. Omega3 and Joint Support have become two other supplements that have helped support these efforts.
Jocko Willink Workout Plan
Jocko owns a gym in San Diego. His mental approach to lifting, eating and drinking lots of water has ensured that he never dips below his best fitness levels. A healthy diet of foods for energy is one thing Jocko insists on implementing when it comes to what he eats or drinks after working out.
Willink often focuses on compound exercises like squats – ones that target multiple muscle groups at once – and high intensity workouts every day do not seem to daunt him. On average, he also spends time doing cardio but without going all out hard at the gym every day; some days are just rest days where he can spend time taking care of himself before coming back ready for another go round next week.
Pull Day
On the first day of working out, Jocko started an intense workout that targeted his back, traps and biceps. He also trained the other muscle groups during this session.
Push Day
Basically, he spends most of his time concentrating on the three primary muscle groups – chest, triceps, and shoulders – during a typical workout.
Lift Day
When it’s his lift day, Jocko sets aside an entire day to do nothing but workout. He does some upper body weightlifting like deadlifts, clean and jerks, snatches and the like which build up muscle strength.
Leg Day
When he began this morning, he did upper body workouts such as cardio, HIIT sessions and many more exercises while at the gym. To make it simple for his followers, Jocko insists on building fundamental strength first through do things like pull-ups, push-ups and dips.
These are what strengthen you the most according to him. This routine also includes cardiovascular exercise such as running or cycling which does involve a lot of stretching or weights – all in order to properly cool down after working out hard.
Conclusion
Jocko Willink eats only healthy and nutritious foods, devoid of any fat or sugar. When he feels the need to eat something, he’ll resist for at least one day before giving in again. He drinks plenty of water throughout the day and does light workouts with discipline to maintain a long life free from disease.
