The Hadi Choopan Diet is all about eating clean food. He claims that he gets the desired results because he eats healthy, but even then – only doing exercise won’t do it for you either. Eating right throughout the day is just as important as working out – so he prefers to eat a diet of brown rice, avocados and skinless chicken breasts throughout the year! It makes his muscle mass more strong and leaner overall; enabling him to work out harder when needed. In this post, you will find an overview of Hadi’s Diet Plan which is based on Clean Eating!

Hadi Choopan Diet

Diet plays an essential role in our physical health; it determines how healthy we are and thus, defines whether or not we live a happy life. It is up to us to make the right decision when it comes to choosing our diet so that we can maintain good dietary habits for a long time. For example, if we want to build muscles then what should one eat? One must understand that eating regularly – three meals per day – combined with sufficient sleep will contribute substantially towards building muscle mass.
As everyone knows, when it comes to maintaining a lean and sculpted physique- there’s no denying the importance of focusing on what you eat. Hadi Choopan believes that his diet plays an integral part in his well-defined muscles. His meals consist primarily of brown rice, avocados, and skinless chicken breasts – which he says are key in both keeping him looking fit while also remaining at a healthy weight.
Food To Eat
- Brown Rice
- Avocados
- Skinless Chicken Breast
Supplements
- Whey isolate
- BCAAs
- L-Carnitine

In order to keep ourselves healthy, we need to maintain the right balance of macronutrients. Protein helps build muscle; carbs provide energy; and fat helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels. You can get protein from food such as eggs, egg whites, meat and beans among others; however there are also different levels of proteins within these categories. To achieve a desirable level of fitness in bodybuilding one needs to spend time at the gym performing intense workouts while maintaining strict diets – this may sound hard but it will be worth all your hard work!
Hadi Choopan Workout
To prevent injuries, it is important to stretch before and after exercise. Make sure to stay hydrated during workouts by drinking water or energy drinks. Do not forget to always warm up before exercising and also cool down after working out. Below are two examples of workout routines that you can use when at the gym
Mixed Strength and Hypertrophy Training
To build the most muscle mass possible, He mixes up his routine between heavy weight lifting days and lighter volume training days. On Monday, he does 5 sets of 5 reps with heavy weights to work on building strength in his chest. On Thursday or Friday, he’ll train the same body part but this time try to do at least 12 repetitions per set while working towards increasing the number of sets each workout.
Workout
3 sets & 10-12 reps — Incline Dumbbell Press
5 sets & 8-12 reps — Flat Barbell Bench Press
4 sets & 10-12 reps — Incline Flyes
4 sets & 10-12 reps — Dips
4 sets & 10-12 reps — Dumbbell Pullovers
4 sets & 10-12 reps — Push-ups, super setted with Cable flys (until failure)
5 sets & 10-12 reps — Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes
Cardio Routine
As a rule, Hadi never performs cardio in the off-season. When he is prepping for competitions, he schedules two or three high intensity interval training sessions per week.
Chest Workout
5 sets & 5 reps — Incline Bench Press
5 sets & 5 reps — Flat Smith-Machine Chest Press
3 sets & 5-8 reps — Incline Dumbbell Press
