    Eat these 5 things daily to make the lean body fat, weight will increase

    Consuming figs and milk might help alleviate the negative side effects of menopause in women. Protein, zinc, magnesium, and iron – all abundantly present in both figs and milk – provide hormonal balance during these hard times. This could result in mood swings being relieved, body aches disappearing etc.; which are caused by an imbalance of hormones. Milk builds muscles too, which increase your bodyweight; making it easier for people who are trying to gain weight to build them up quickly. Adding some dry fruit or banana to the milk makes this health drink even healthier for those who are interested in their well being.

    You can turn into someone who is obese just from eating a potato. If you’re skinny and weak, potatoes are something you should include in your diet. Potatoes provide carbohydrates, calories and starch that promote weight gain. To get fat, peel and cube up some potatoes, add black salt and black pepper seasoning to them before boiling them for about 20 minutes or until they’re soft enough for consumption – then gobble them down! When eaten consistently over time, this food will certainly make people fatter.

    3. Fish

    Eating meat has many health benefits such as providing protein and building muscle mass. You can also eat fish if you don’t want to go vegetarian or vegan. There are so many types of fish available, some which taste great while others contain high levels of important nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. And if you’re looking to put on some pounds, adding any type of fish in your diet will do the trick!

    4. Eat rice

    You can also include rice in your diet to gain weight. Rice has plenty of carbohydrates and calories which will help you put on weight quickly and easily. Those who are looking for a quick way to build muscle mass may want to eat rice with ghee, butter or other tasty sauces – besides all this, people who are overweight may find adding things such as peanuts, sesame seeds and eggs (or even paneer) will turn ordinary cooked rice into an easy-to-eat meal that tastes great too!

    5. Whole Grains

    Whole grains are essential when it comes to gaining weight. They contain the right type of carbs, which helps with weight gain. In addition to whole grain rotis, you can also consume proteins like eggs, meat and cheese for protein content; this will balance out the carb intake. If you so wish, you may even include whole grain sandwiches and pasta as part of your diet regimen – they too have a high carbohydrate count!

    Consuming these types of food items will help increase fat production in your body; this is done by supplying enough energy for life’s processes. However, if there still isn’t any change in your body weight after consumption of such food items on a daily basis over an extended period of time – do seek medical attention from a doctor immediately.
