The hotly anticipated epic-movie Baaghi 3 launched last night. Starring Tiger Shroff, the film was directed by Ahmed Khan and released across 4400 screens domestically. Trading expectations for this movie were huge due to its high demand from people everywhere who wanted to see it.
In this Box Office Report, we compare the opening day collections of Baaghi 3 to Tiger Shroff’s previous films. Though Baaghi 3 was expected to have a good start, with the fear of coronavirus keeping people from theaters, it collected only Rs. 17.50 crores on its first day. But because of this setback, it has managed to surpass Student Of The Year 2 which collected only Rs 18 crores as Tiger Shroff’s third highest opening day grosser – not bad! Not just that, but it also surpassed his other films like Baaghi which earned only Rs 11.94 crores or even A Flying Jatt which made rs 7 crore rupees in total; or Munna Muchel which earned only 6 crore rupees when released and finally Heropanti which only made Rs 6 cr during its run time too!
With its positive reviews, wide release date and lack of competing movies this weekend, the box office for the movie is expected to show significant growth by next week.
