The Tiger Shroff actioner Baaghi 3 opened on a positive note when it was released today in 4400 theatres across the country. Despite concerns over the coronavirus, which led to many cancelling their plans to see the film, Baaghi 3 managed to exceed expectations from day one at the box office.
As we all know by now, Baghchi 3 has been crushing it at the box office since it opened up last weekend. With an opening day earnings of Rs. 17.50 Cr, it surpassed other films released this year (like Tanhaaji-The Unsung Warrior) and continues to break records day after day. Compared to Love Aaj Kal or Shubh Mangal Zadaa Saavan, Baghchi 3 is outperforming them so far this season making around 8x as much money on its first week alone! This doesn’t even include Street Dancer 3D which made only marginally less money than Baghchi when it was released earlier this year or Malang which made less than half of what Baghchi 3 did in its first few days!
As of now, Baaghi 3 is enjoying not only a wide release but also an uninterrupted run in theatres. Along with this, the film has been receiving overwhelmingly positive reviews and expectations for its success have risen due to these factors.
