This much talked about and eagerly awaited film, KGF – Chapter 2, recently released. Seen as a significant accomplishment for the Indian Cinema industry due to its 10,000 screen release across the world as well as its promotion in many different languages; this film was expected to do well from day one. And just like everyone anticipated this movie did not disappoint with 50 crore rupees coming in on opening day alone. After seven days of being out at theatres, this movie has gone way above what anybody could have imagined going past 100 crore rupees as well as 200 crore rupees and now sits comfortably at 250 crore rupees!

Going forward, KGF-Chapter 2 continues to please audiences and make good money at the box office. The film is expected to continue its success during this week despite competition from the new release in the form of Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey. Trade predictions even say that it will most likely earn over 300 crores before it finishes its second weekend on screens!
