After The Kashmir Files, 2022 is now ready to welcome KGF: Chapter 2 (Hindi), the new release from world renowned director SS Rajamouli. With only one other Hindi release surpassing this movie in earnings – Baahubali: The Conclusion (Hindi), the latest release from SS Rajamouls has taken an astonishing opening of over Rs. 510 crore so far. Outdoing even Dangal’s lifetime revenue of Rs. 387 crore in just its first week!
This movie has done well so far this week because of the holidays and collected close to 10 crores on Tuesday. It did even better on Wednesday with about 9.5 crores being made for the day. Right now, based off what it’s doing, this movie will make over 20 crore at the very least before Sunday comes around. This makes it an all time blockbuster and will enter the 400 Crore club by tomorrow night alone. Afterwards there is still two days left in this weekend which means this movie could end up making over 425 crores before next Monday comes around for sure!
