It’s Saturday night and there is a new release. After these past few days of seeing Race 3 still occupy the front row at the box office, John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakul Preet Singh starrer Attack made its debut today on April 1st. But despite this eventful moment for Bollywood fans everywhere, this latest attempt is off to an unexpectedly slow start.
With so much attention drawn to what has long been considered one of India’s top three blockbuster films of all time; when you would have thought that race 3 would see some descent in ticket sales or viewership but instead of going down for once; it went up! And this too had an impact on attack! So much so that even though they only just premiered yesterday-attack has already seen 2 million rupees thus far from today’s screenings alone! This isn’t looking good-with barely half a week left before they finally come out again.
