Yash starrer KGF – Chapter 2 is experiencing a frenzy of viewers in various languages all around the world, even being dubbed in 10 different languages across over 60 countries. The film, starring Raveena Tandon, Sanjay Dutt and Srinidhi Shetty among other esteemed actors, has already made it to Rs. 140 crore at the Indian box office- just by viewing numbers alone- but this number only continues to grow as new audiences are added every day.
Now, on its first Sunday, the film has seen growth of about 70% over its previous day. Early trends indicate that morning and afternoon showtimes for KGF – Chapter 2 are seeing an increase in attendance as compared to just last Wednesday. With positive reviews from critics and praise from audiences alike, the business for this film is one of the most expansive and successful so far; premiering 10,000 screens worldwide.
Though other films like RRR and The Kashmir Files saw success at the box office themselves earlier this year, it’s no surprise that Yash’s second installment – a sequel to an already successful film – would follow suit with these numbers too. To say nothing of how prominently promoted (and anticipated) this movie was before it came out! All these things taken together mean that we can expect an even bigger boom for KGF – Chapter 2 when it comes to business during this weekend itself.
