For 27 years, I’ve been abstaining from eating red food made from animal flesh- especially meat. But today, I am no longer a vegan because of my diet restrictions. Nowadays, I’ll only consume healthy organic foods with high nutritional value.
It was the training that gave me the best results- those which were combined with a maximal amount of food, all timed precisely to coincide with my own hormonal system.
He used to be vegan and vegetarian, but has now come to believe that there is no one size fits-all approach when it comes to diet. Instead, a greater emphasis should be put on quantity of food ingested as well as the quality of what you buy, because these two factors are most important in terms of making changes happen.
