As the highly–awaited Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt is set to be released in a few days, advance bookings have opened up with anticipation. The movie will be available in an array of formats, 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D being among them. An interesting update is that we now have an insight into the number of pre-bookings made for IMAX screens!
The first signs show that the movie has already sold around 42% of the tickets available in all sixty IMAX theatres across India, with 7,750 out of 18,600 sold. It is projected to have 80% occupancy rate when it releases on its opening day.
