Default IP for Acer
Based on your local IP address, you will need to select the correct one from the dropdown menu below and then click Admin. This will direct you back to your router administration page.

Follow these instructions below to login to your router:
1. Plug the Ethernet cable into either your Laptop or Desktop computer and wait for it to install
Recommendation – It is advised to set up the Acer router with a wired connection as this eliminates the risk of sudden disconnection when saving your updates.
2. Open up your web browser of choice and type in the default IP address for your router on its label. (Note: ip addresses will vary from router to router)
3. Now enter the default username and password of your router by accessing the admin panel. If you don’t have your username and password, you can try one of the default passwords for other types of routers such as Acer.

If you are unable to login onto your wireless router, the most likely explanation is that you typed in the wrong user ID or password. Be sure to write down both when you change them so that it doesn’t happen again.
- When you need to reset your password, it’s best practice to hard reset your router. To do this, find the small black button at the back of your router and keep it pressed for about ten seconds before releasing it so that you can start over with a new password altogether.
- Is the Router Login Page not loading? Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi. You will also need to check if the wrong Router IP Address has been set as the Default One.
- Occasionally, pages will not load properly, or they might take longer than usual to load. This usually happens when your network has been assigned an alternative IP address.
