The film which released across 4000 screens in the domestic market was welcomed with open arms by the audience. After opening on a high note the business of War, which was touted to be 2019’s biggest action entertainer witnessed good rate of collections as the days progressed.
War’s staggering box office collection of Rs. 166.25 cr over the extended weekend has catapulted it to Hrithik Roshan’s highest opening grosser, overshadowing the likes of Bang Bang that earned Rs. 94.13 cr in its debut run. Even when compared to the superstar’s previous releases like Krrish 3 (Rs. 72.8 cr), Agneepath (Rs 67.50 cr), Kaabil (Rs 67.46 cr), Super 30 (Rs 50.76 cr), Mohenjo Daro (Rs 30.55 cr), Kites (Rs 30.50 cr), Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (Rs 28 25cr) and Guzaarish( Rs 15cr), War boasts superior returns at the box office!
