The Star India Network owned Vijay TV has revealed their 2022 schedule, listing the Tamil Serials/Shows/Movies/Live Hotstar Programs and their respective airtimes. Not only will the programs be broadcast live on the television channel, they will also be available to stream on the popular OTT platform, Hotstar (Disney Plus & Hotstar).

Famous for providing various genres of entertainment such as reality shows, serials and hit shows like Paavam Ganesan, Baakiyalakshmi, Naam Iruvar Namaku Iruvar, and more, Vijay TV has established itself in terms of achieving a high TRP rating, leading the BARC rating and the Online TRP ranking chart lists. A remarkable example is the show Saravanan Meenakshi which has previously garnered an impressive rank. In the following section, a TV schedule is included with the starting and ending times of the Vijay TV serials, including today and this week.

Established in 1994, STAR Vijay is one of the most renowned Tamil TV channels in the nation. Having been taken over by the Star TV network, it is also part of the Asianet Star Communications. For many years, its collection of Tamil films and serials have been acclaimed by viewers due to the high quality content. On Monday, 18th April, Lavanya, Bhavyashri, and Vishnukanth will be the stars of the brand new Tamil serial Sippikul Muthu – Sagodharigalin Paasa Kadhai, which will air every Monday through Saturday at 6:00 PM. Additionally, Bigg Boss Season 5 Tamil will air every Monday-Friday at 10:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday at 9.30 PM on Vijay TV, with a repeat telecast of the show at 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Finally, the new serial Thamizhum Saraswathiyum, starring Deepak Dinkar, Nakshatra, and Meera Krishnan, has also been launched by Vijay TV.

1. Bigg Boss Tamil 6 (2022 – Present)

For all the Bigg Boss fans, rejoice now as Vijay TV has come up with the latest sixth season of Bigg Boss Tamil! On the 9th of October 2022, the premier of the show took place, and it was hosted once again by the popular Kamal Haasan, just like in the previous seasons. This time the theme of the house is ‘Diamond and Gold’. The immensely popular Tamil television drama series, ‘Eeramana Rojave 1’, first aired in July 2018 and concluded in August 2021. The series has now begun its second season in January 2022. Following the storyline, the series tells the tale of Jeeva and Kavya who are in love with one another. Originally, it was planned that Jeeva’s brother and Kavya’s sister would be married, however the arrangement is reversed and Kavya eventually marries Jeeva’s brother, while Jeeva is wed to Kavya’s sister.

Vijay TV’s hit show Super Singer Junior – Ithu Thamizhagathin Chellakuralukkana Thedal searches for vocal talent among kids aged 6-14, drawing massive audiences over its impressive seven season run. 5. Pandian Stores (2018 – Present)

This Vijay TV serial narrates the unity of four siblings. The oldest of them is wed, and his partner watches over the other three brothers. All four brothers jointly own a grocery store. Mullai gets betrothed to Jeeva, who is enamoured with Meena, yet it is Meena who ultimately ends up marrying Jeeva. Mullai and Kathir wed each other instead. 7. Naam Iruvar Namakku Iruvar (2018 – 2022)

The show NINI is centered around two twin brothers, Mayan and Karthik, who have been separated at birth and have no knowledge of one another’s existence. Unexpectedly, they both wind up marrying girls who happen to be stepsisters. As a result, their lives are thrown into disarray. Initially, the show was forced to abruptly conclude its first season due to the 2020 nationwide Lockdown, however, Season 2 has recently aired its final episode in June 2022.
