Yah hamare man, atma, aur prakritik duniya ke beech ke gehre sambandhon ka ek pratik hai. Is sapne ko samajh kar ham apni jindagi mein mahatvapurna parivartan kar sakte hain, prakritik duniya ko samajh sakte hain, aur antarik shanti aur samridhi ki or agrasar ho sakte hain.
