Yes, it may seem that Saaho might have seen its best day yet but we can’t let ourselves celebrate just yet because this was still no easy task considering how lower growth rates are expected with an extended holiday over the weekend.
Well, time will tell whether or not these early results will continue to grow steadily throughout the week and make it into top 10 lists by next weekend; but if they keep up at their current pace without dropping out too soon then they’ll be able to send a strong message across loud and clear: people want more!
While the content may ultimately become this movie’s crowning achievement, one cannot deny the role that marketing had in making it such a success from its release date. All one needs to do is look at how well it did before; with people all over India who had never heard of Rajamouli or Prabhas coming out and purchasing tickets for this film. With 94 crore rupees earned so far, Saaho will break another record when it reaches 120 crore, making it an indisputable hit – whether you watch it or not.
