They are considered as the tear drops of Lord Shiva. From time immemorial, these are known to be divine in nature and human beings are using them, for several ailments as well.     Benefits Of The Rudraksha Mala

      • If you respect the mala and wear it on a regular basis, you can expect to get protection from negative forces. It will help you to attract positive energies towards yourself. 
      • If you are travelling often, then you can wear the mala, as they offer protection to travellers as well. 
      • You can also identify whether the food or water, which is served to you, is pure or not, with the help of the Rudraksha. If you pour water on the beads, and the water moves in clockwise direction, then it is considered pure. If you hang a rudraksha bead with the string over food, and the beads start revolving clockwise, the food is safe for consumption, However, if it is the opposite, then the food may be adulterated. 
    • If you wear the Rudraksha Mala on a daily basis, then you will become calm and composed. Additionally, you will never suffer from nervous tension. 
    • For children, the beads can increase focus and concentration. 
    • You can use the mala for meditation or japa. Simply hold the mala in your hands, and start from the bead after the Guru bead. Every mala has 108 beads and a larger Guru bead, that reminds you of your Guru.

    • You can also wear it regularly, if you practice yoga. 

    Rules To Wear The Rudraksha Mala 

    You should note, that there are certain rules, which you need to follow while wearing a rudraksha mala.
