The worldwide pandemic left movie studios scrambling, forcing theaters all around the world to shutdown. As they work hard to clear out the backlog of films – there are bound to be many accidents that happen this fall with so many top releases competing against each other. John Abraham’s Satyameva Jayate 2 and Salman Khan starrer Antim- The Final Truth are set for a boxing match when they’re released soon; meanwhile, Ranveer Singh starrer ’83 is going up against a dark horse in Hollywood film The Matrix Revolutions! Having been open for only a day longer than our homegrown blockbuster Kabir Khan’s headliner starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
The Matrix Resurrections are set to hit movie theaters on December 22nd (where they’ll be broadcasted on HBO Max) and 83 won’t release until the 24th, both of which will contribute significantly towards drawing audiences back into movie theaters. Alongside these highly-anticipated releases comes Pushpa: The Rise’ releasing at some point this coming week in many theaters around India (among them multiplexes). Featuring a huge star cast including Allu Arjun, Fahadh Fazil, and Rashmika Mandanna amongst others – it promises to draw crowds because of its impressive allure.
