Bollywood Hungama has been providing readers with regular updates on Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai, the Salman Khan starrer that was released on Eid. In response to Covid-19’s unrelenting second wave, only three theaters in Tripura were able to air the entertaining film for an entire week. Collecting Rs. 63,248 from these few screens might not seem like much at all but considering the fear of people going to theatres during this time and how most parts of the state had yet to be contained; it was actually considered a good number.
Then, on the eleventh day of June when movies theaters were allowed in certain districts of Maharashtra – Radhe – Your Most Started Brother finally had its premiere at the Enjoy Drive-In theatre in Malegaon and the Khinvasara Cineplex (formerly the Apsara theater) in Aurangabad. On Saturday and Sunday both days, Enjoy Drive-In hosted two screenings while from Monday to Friday it was four times a day for two screenings each time. From those two theaters all together then, Radhe – Your Starter Brother collected about thirty thousand Rupees.
From June 18th onward, even when the Enjoy Drive-In theater in Malegaon stopped screening Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai showings at 3pm and 6:15pm, the Khinvasara Cineplex continued showing two screenings everyday. 22 tickets were sold on Friday (June 21st) while 25 tickets were sold on Saturday (June 23rd). On Sunday(June 24th), 55 people came through for admission; which was the highest number of admissions for one day since Radhe – Your Most Started Bhai started screening. With this being said this clearly shows that viewers are consistently coming to see this movie play out from start to finish. It is also leading us to believe that once Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai starts showing up everywhere else then there will be some new admissions too!
A trade expert told Bollywood Hungama, Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai grossed a total of Rs. 1,04,507 in 18 days! This includes the approximate figures for Friday (Rs. 2,203), Saturday (Rs. 2,754) and Sunday (Rs. 6059).
