The Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1 has rapidly become one of the most popular movies of all time. From just a few days after its release, it continues to rise in popularity while also seeing success at the box office as well. On Day 6 alone, it made over Rs. 3 crore (or $450,000) solely from its Hindi version.
Displaying a tight grasp on the box line-up, Pushpa: The Rise has collected an estimated amount of Rs. 23.23 cr in revenue, clearly demonstrating its dominance among other releases thus far. With audiences flocking to the theatres alongside theatre owners displaying interest in the film, there is no sign that this new entrant to the cinema industry will weaken at this point. Indeed, with Christmas knocking on our doorstep trade predictions are claiming that even more people from all walks of life will be graced by this wonderful story shown through cinematic means – increasing collections yet again despite 83’s highly anticipated release earlier today.
