After an impressive opening day haul of Rs. 9.10 crores, Pati Patni Aur Woh sustained momentum on Monday with a total collection of Rs. 5.7 crores; signifying less than a 40% decline which signals promising prospects for the film’s commercial success.
So far, the film has collected a whopping Rs. 41.64 crores and is set to break the Rs. 50 crores mark soon. It will be interesting to observe how much further it progresses towards the Rs. 55 crores milestone by the end of its first week run.
Mudassar Aziz’s directing has received tremendous appreciation from the targeted audience, who have made the movie a success for both niche and wide-reaching demographics. Kartik Aaryan is solidifying his reputation as a box-office favorite after another back to back hit with Luka Chuppi. Being able to continuously draw viewers’ attention from film to film is no easy feat, yet Kartik seems to be achieving it in spades.
Bhumi Pednekar has been having a remarkable year, with Sonchiriya, Saand Ki Aankh, Bala and Pati Patni aur Woh doing incredibly well. Ananya Pandey is certainly in high spirits as she had a very successful 2019, and is now preparing for Khaali Peeli’s release.
