After releasing two new Bollywood movies – Mardaani 2 and The Body – Pati Patni Aur Woh only dropped 10% after raking in Rs. 3.05 crores on its second Friday. In comparison, the previous day it made Rs. 4.36 crores but still remained strong at this point in time due to this consistency.
This Friday forecast shows that the weekend will show considerable growth. It could even look like Saturday collection will be just as big as Thursday numbers. And when it comes to family films, Parmanu is the only Indian film in the running so there are no worries of competition which will ensure continued success for this upcoming release.
The film has gathered up Rs. 59.02 crores so far, and should come very close to the Rs. 70 crores mark during the upcoming days of the week. However, if audiences are still interested by next week when દબંગે 3 releases in theaters, then this movie will decide whether or not they will become a superhit; maybe even surpassing the stipulated limit of rs. 80 crore rupees.
