A few months ago, The Kashmir Files was released for public viewing and has since been generating significant revenue. In its second week running the film managed to earn an additional Rs. 110.03 crores – bringing its total up to Rs. 207.33 crores (2 billion rupees).
The second week collections for The Kashmir Files have been released, showing a significant change in numbers when compared to last year’s release of the very same film-holding some intriguing data worth exploring. The movie has grossed over Rs. 110 crores till date according to trade reports, which rank it amongst one of the most successful movies this year.
Another interesting point would be how these second week numbers were not only higher than every other movie from last year but also significantly less in comparison when compared against big budget films like SS Rajamouli’s upcoming magnum opus tentatively titled RRR and Akshay Kumar’s Kesari which had some stunning first day figures on social media.
