Jugjugg Jeeyo has made an impressive debut at the box office, with a total collection of Rs. 53.66 crores within its first week. On Thursday, the movie earned Rs. 3.42 crores, and it is crucial that it continues its success into the second week if it is to reach the Rs. 75 crores mark.
The movie can look forward to a respectable second weekend, thanks to family viewers coming to see it. It would be beneficial for the film to stay near the Rs. 3 crore mark today. If it does, it can look forward to a great increase in its viewers this weekend, given its allure for family audiences – something that has contributed to its success during its first week as well.
The movie’s success was widely anticipated as it seemed well deserving of the prestigious Rs. 100 Crore Club title. Unfortunately, the pandemic-induced conditions caused a certain degree of unpredictability with regards to the movie–going audience. However, despite this, the movie was able to claim a spot in the Top-5 highest–grossing opening weeks of the year, being preceded only by The Kashmir Files, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Gangubai Kathiawadi, and Samrat Prithviraj.
