1. First of all, heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat. Next, mix together sugar and water while continuing to stir until it becomes clear.
2. Once it has turned a deep golden-brown, shut off the gas and let the pot cool before blending all ingredients together until they are smooth
3. Add gum, cashews, almonds and watermelon seeds to the flour. Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool before starting again.
4. Once the mixture has cooled, add the desired amount of sugar and roll dough into small balls to create laddus.
5. Keep in mind that during this time your flour should not burn, because doing so would ruin the delicate taste of what you’re baking.
