Egg Chaat:
In a bowl, blend 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp tomato bean stew sauce, 3 tsp tamarind extricate, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp simmered cumin, 1 green bean stew green bean stew and salt.

Blend it in with pureed potatoes and to it add salt, 2 tbsp ginger-green bean stew glue, ¼ cup cornflour, cleaved coriandar, 2 tsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp chaat masala. Blend well and make little balls. Level it a bit and shallow fry in warmed oil over skillet.Present with ketch up or chutney.
Bhelpuri:
Blend 3 cups puffed rice, a modest bunch of cooked and salted peanuts, 2 bubbled potato hacked, 1 enormous slashed onion, 1 huge cleaved tomato, 5 tbsp slashed coriander leaves and 2 hacked green chillies together in a huge bowl. Add tamarind chutney and min coriander chutney as indicated by your own taste and blend well. Decorate with a lot of bhujia and papdi. Serve new.
