The Salman Khan starrer, Radhe -Your Most Wanted Bhai, released on May 13th on the pay-per-view platform ZeePlex, as well as in cinemas. In India it was only able to release during its first week in Tripura due to large amounts of Covid-19 being present. Bollywood Hungama reported that during its opening weekend in this state it made a whopping 63,248 rupees in just 3 theaters.
Last Friday, my brand new movie Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai was screened in just two theaters across Maharashtra – one of them being the Enjoy Drive-in cinema in Malegaon, and the other being Khinvasara Cineplex (formerly Apsara Cinema) in Aurangabad. Bollywood Hungama managed to access the collections from these two cinema halls as well.
As for last Monday’s numbers – they show that my film had done Rs 17,792 during the weekend when people were free to watch it all day long. But now that it’s a month old, chances are that people don’t want to spend any money on watching it for another time or even twice – so no surprises there! Some trade experts feel that this is impressive given how popular movies usually release online too soon after their premiere screening – so even if people know about my movie then they still might prefer watching it online instead.
There were thirteen ticket sales on Monday at Enjoy Drive-in cinema, four on Tuesday and seven on Wednesday. Due to an unfortunate occurrence where two out of three movies had some cancellations, there were only six movie goers present for one show each during both days. Collectively all three days totaled fifteen people for the first time this week.
An estimate would be about Rs4 460 for Monday, Rs2 986 for Tuesday, Rs2 602 for Wednesday and finally Rs2 403 during Thursday night. With these gross total being around Rs93 491 so far it’s safe to say that Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai will not be playing this Friday or any other day after because they’ve discontinued the movie from their theatre list which just leaves Khinvasara Cineplex with two shows left if they choose to do so as well…
