After a bleak weekend at the box office, Jersey is failing to live up to expectations. Its best-case outcome now would be Rs. 35 crores – but it has dwindled down to below Rs. 30 crore over all due to lack of interest in cinemas across India. The movie is basically off the screen after two days and showing dwindling numbers every day; with no improvement in sight from this point on. If things stay as they are today, then Jersey may only end up collecting around Rs. 3 crores – which means it will barely cross Rs. 50 crore for one week alone!
