This Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn starred film RRR was directed by SS Rajamouli and released this past Friday. It has been celebrated as his new big project since the Baahubali saga, but now it looks like the publicity may have gone too far. While the first three days of its release were very successful in terms of money made, today it is predicted that this fourth day will result in a decrease between 27-32%.
According to estimates, RRR is likely to see its first Monday’s collection hover around the range of Rs. 13-14 Cr. Notably though, previous south titles that have been dubbed into Hindi such as Rajini Kanth’s 2.0 and Saaho too witnessed a similar trend in terms of business. Looking back at the past box office track record, both 2.0 and Saaho had managed to draw in Rs. 13.75 Cr., and Rs. 14.2 Cr., respectively on their first Monday.
Going forward, RRR that has already raked in an astounding Rs.(XX) Cr., over its opening weekend is expected to see it’s collections close the gap towards the much coveted Rs.(XX) Cr. marks soon enough with experts predicting it will reach the bracket after just one week based on this current trajectory.
