Last week the mega-budgeted entertainer movie named RRR starring Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn released in theaters all around the world, and it seems to be moving at lightning speed! Already, from just 133 screens, it has been grossing an amazing A$1,802,101 (or Rs. 10.36 crores) for only three days of its release in Australia alone!
As a result it can now boast taking over other recent releases such as The Kashmir Files who made Rs. 6.19 crores during their entire run time period; Gangubai Kathiawadi that totaled up to Rs. 6.02 crores; Radhe Shyam who earned Rs. 2.66 crores; or even Bachchan Paandey which came out with only 1 crore worth of total earnings during its whole run time period!
Currently ranked second at the Australian box office, RRR continues to draw in the audience and is expected to see a gradual increase in collections over its first week. Not only that but also with every showing, it manages to surpass what Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion has accomplished this past year; collecting up to $1.055 million during their premiere run.
