Friday saw the release of the Saif Ali Khan- Rani Mukerji starrer Bunty Aur Babli 2. The film had been in production for a long time and was anticipated to do well. Well, it did not meet expectations at all! With 500 screens domestically versus 700 internationally, there’s no question why this movie fell flat on its face almost instantly upon its release. There weren’t even any positive reviews which made sure that audiences wouldn’t want to see it either!
On Day 1, audience turnout was poor (possibly due to being a Friday) but Day 2 wasn’t much better with smaller numbers overall throughout different countries.
