It managed to collect just over Rs.50 Cr (currency symbol) by the time it had finished its first weekend. On Monday morning though – it seems as if there are even less people interested in seeing this movie now then there were when it originally came out.
Drawing Rs. 7.29 crores on Day 4, the collection has dropped to just above one lakh rupees within a week since its release. The total amount earned till now is near fifty four crore rupees which isn’t great news for business owners looking forward to this movie being released all over India and overseas. Add onto that the fact that certain states may close movie theatres yet again due to increasing number of CoVid-19 cases – we’re looking at quite the harsh reality ahead of us if nothing changes soon
In such an event, 83 will find themselves drowning without a life preserver. In addition to trade predictions, this does not really paint an optimistic picture for the overall collection of funds.
