Ranveer Singh starrer 83 has been released finally on December 24th, 2021 after much delay due to the pandemic. Before it even hits theaters, this nostalgic take of the 1983 World Cup has already gained a lot of praise from critics for its depictions of both Kapil Dev and India’s victory over England. Directed by Kabir Khan, this movie follows Ranveer Singh as Kapil Dev in leading India towards their first World Cup victory. So far reviews have been overwhelmingly positive and audiences seem excited enough to give this movie an opening day box office success!
