The Ranveer Singh starrer 83, directed by Kabir Khan released a while back but after taking off on a flying note, business slowed down. Movies are usually popular in the big cities but not so much anywhere else. This hurt the movie even more because only 3 weeks had passed since it came out and the money was already starting to run dry. But now 83 has managed to collect few additional crore rupees which was then an immense relief for them.
Reaching the cumulative of Rs. 5.27 crore in its third week, the total earnings of ’83’ has reached an amazing amount of Rs. 102.27 crore by now. With a decline of 81.65% from its first-week total collections, it was predicted that ’83’ will still do business as time progresses due to earlier releasing movies being pushed back due to pandemic outbreaks lately such as ‘The Lion King’. It is also predicted that with other newer movies postponing their releases for fear for the virus spreading even more – ’83’ will soon cross over the six-figure mark (Rs 150-160) soon enough after totaling up at an amazing Rs 102.27 crore so far!
