The popular Allu Arjun starrer, Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1 had an impressive showing in both domestic and foreign markets. Made to release on the 12th of December 2021, the film has seen steady growth over its three week run at box offices around the country. Although it was initially met with some lukewarm response during it’s opening weekend – audiences seemed to rally behind it after hearing a few good reviews from critics. There are many who believe that Pushpa might eventually outshine another recent blockbuster hit which released just months ago- due to how well this movie has done for itself domestically and internationally!
Now, on Feb. 4th Pushpa completed 50 days running at the box office and currently stands at day 55. With an impressive Rs.102.39 cr. accumulated up until now, Pushpa has managed to impress all audiences as it continues to thrive at theaters across India despite recent setbacks in momentum due to stiff competition from other films released this month including Ranveer Singh’s 83 and the latest release of Spider-Man: no way home; both prominent Hollywood films which have garnered attention domestically and abroad respectively.
As time moves on with only one week before Gehraiyaan hits screens, experts predict that there is still a chance for more than 100 crores total once Pushpa finishes showing its last days theatrically because of the lack of other major releases during this time period unlike previous weeks when it faced intense competition every Friday.
