The Alia Bhatt-starring Gangubai Kathiawadi directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali opened last week and has so far seen massive success at the box office. It opened on a good note but increased its collections over the course of its opening weekend while remaining steady during Monday’s release, according to figures. Now that it has completed one full week in theaters, Gangubai Kathiawadi is estimated to have earned Rs. 68.93 crore in total gross sales – all domestically within India only.
