    There are women who may not know it, but they too can be just as strong as men when it comes to bodybuilding. A girl named Claire P. Thomas (who might be the strongest woman on this planet) has been showcased many times in fitness magazines and competitions; she even acts as a spokesperson for some major brands. As early as her childhood days, she was known to sit up after dinner while others around her would relax or chat with one another; at night before sleeping, she would do push-ups or work out by herself. We all should take after Claire’s example – because every little effort counts!

    From an early age, Claire was very active – so much so that she joined different sports teams during high school. From soccer to track events and basketball, Claire devoted herself entirely to these games. After graduating from college she didn’t want to give up her passion for physical activity; instead, she researched ways to spend time working in the fitness industry – something that was already familiar territory for her. In turn, with every new goal set and achieved at the gym, she pushed herself even harder than before – staying true to the motto of never giving up.

    If we choose to use our body as an analogy for a healthy diet, there are many factors that come into play when choosing what kind of diet is best for us – whether it’s counting calories or limiting certain food groups. It may seem tough at first but rest assured; with time and effort (and maybe even some helpful tips from people who live and breathe fitness), anyone can make their way towards achieving this goal.

    Claire doesn’t follow a strict diet plan all the time because when she is busy it’s easier to order something healthy from a restaurant. However, if she has the time or is traveling then her preferred meal is food that she prepares herself. Whenever Claire has an hour or two spares, she’ll stay in the kitchen experimenting on new dishes or making something completely original using ingredients that are wholesome and good for you.

    One of Claire’s specialties is delicious dishes that look healthy even though they’re not- if you’re curious about how to make one yourself, just go online and search for claire eats.

    She had named her dish Chicken Burgers with Zucchini, Cilantro, and Fetta Cheese

    Ingredients

    2 Large Bell Peppers
    1 Small Zucchini
    Lean Chicken Patty
    1-2 Tbsp Feta Crumbles
    2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp Low-fat sauce of choice

    Instructions

    Cut the top and bottom off of bell peppers leaving around a one-inch thick slice from the center. Cut thin slices from zucchini then sprinkle them with salt, pepper, and a small amount of olive oil. Turn on the grill to medium-high heat then place both chicken patties and strips of bells (faces down).

    Cook them both until they’re fully cooked before flipping them over when it’s finished cooking but take care not to overcook! When everything’s done chop up some cilantro as an optional garnish to create an extra kick!

    Claire’s Fat Burning HIT Workout

    Claire created an intense workout routine, which includes four sets of exercises with only a minute break between each set. Within those breaks are ten burpees to help increase the heart rate and make it so they cannot fully recover before moving on to the next round. Let’s examine this routine closer.

    • Backward lunges with bicep curls, 10 reps
    • Burpees, 10 reps
    • Push-ups to renegade rows, 10 reps
    • Burpees, 10 reps
    • Thrusters, 10 reps
    • Burpees, 10 reps
    • DB RDLs to upright rows, 10 reps
    • Burpees, 10 reps
    • Repeat 4 times with as little rest as possible.

    Gym vs Bodyweight Workouts

    As you may or may not already know, she has been a part of fitness from when she was little. Her cleverness had enabled her to get fit quickly by working hard at the gym. She enjoys doing many different types of workouts such as HIIT and Weight Training. Claire also does Kettlebell Swings, HIIT, Cardio, Strength Training, etc. Continuously trying out new exercises helps her keep building muscles.

    With much fame come responsibilities, and so Claire might not be able to make it to the gym every day. But even if she can’t make her usual visits there, she has come up with a few great substitutes for some tough workouts! Body-weight exercises like push-ups allow her to keep the intensity high while keeping things light – because who needs equipment when you’re at home anyways?

    By constantly maintaining an elevated heart rate, these light weights will still burn fat fast and build muscle just as quickly as any other workout regimen would – but without requiring you to shell out cash or spend time going from gym to another.
