On Wednesday, Bala proved to have a solid grip on the market as it earned Rs. 1.96 crores. Despite dropping slightly from Tuesday’s Rs. 2.05 crores, its overall trend is positive. If today it accumulates at least Rs. 1.75 crores, then it will end the week off in high spirits.
Ayushmann Khurrana’s film has already collected Rs. 97 crores and it is expected to enter the Rs. 100 Crore Club by Saturday. While this is significantly lower than the collection of Dream Girl (Rs. 140 crores), considering the low production costs, a lifetime collection of Rs. 120 crores is an impressive achievement.
With his next venture, #AajKal, Producer Dinesh Vijan looks to make a blockbuster hit for Maddock Films. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the movie stars Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan in the lead roles. All eyes will be on its February 14th debut to see how well it performs at the box office.
