The situation in Panipat is becoming more and more difficult as the collections declined again on Monday. With only Rs. 2.59 crores earned, this is a significantly lower amount compared to the meager Rs. 4.12 crores that were collected on its opening day.
Hopes for a brighter Monday quickly faded when the weekend earnings proved lackluster, essentially ruling out the potential success of the Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt movie. Had Sunday at least earned a double-digit score, expectations might have been more in line with those of Friday. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case and any hope was thoroughly quashed.
We anticipate how the remaining weekdays will turn out, but regrettably, the first week’s gross is likely to slightly surpass Rs 25 crores.
