Bala made Rs. 50 crores in just four days, thanks to its impressive opening and strong weekend performance. This achievement was expected due to the immense popularity of the Amar Kaushik directed film.
Monday proved to be an excellent day for the film, bringing in a remarkable Rs. 8.26 crores at the box office. This impressive result was particularly notable as Friday had already been profitable with Rs. 10.15 crores collected. Furthermore, Tuesday’s partial holiday in Northern India increased evening and night showings in these areas, which provided additional support for Monday’s success across the country.
Producer Dinesh Vijan’s latest film is well on its way to becoming a box office success. So far, the movie has made an impressive Rs. 52.21 crores and that number is expected to increase even further with the partial holiday today. The 100 Crore Club will no doubt be ringing its bell soon, bringing back-to-back hundred crore victories for Ayushman Khurranna following his success in Dream Girl.
