Another Saturday of successful theatre days! Collecting an additional amount of Rs. 30 crores, this could very well turn out to be one of the best weekends yet. With over ten theatres across India having high attendance rates, all three films – Spider-man: No Way Home, 83 and Pushpa (Hindi) – have been making a lot of money from their ticket sales so far.
83 was the highest-grossing film of the day, accumulating an additional Rs. 16.95 crores at the box office after Sooryavanshi became a success. This is only the second Hindi film to perform well so far this year; it follows suit with Ranveer Singh’s anticipated release which had generated Rs. 29.59 crores so far in its first three days and should hopefully reach fifty crore rupees today or tomorrow before crossing out Monday as well if not on Friday or Saturday (if it happens).
