- Don’t worry about forgetting your password! Hard resetting your router login couldn’t be easier. All you need to do is find the small black button located on the back of it and then hold it down for ten seconds before letting go. What does this do? Well, it sets everything back up as if you just took it out of its box again which includes setting a new password too!
- Router login page not loading? If the login page is not loading, make sure the device you are using is connected to the wi-fi. To also ensure that there isn’t an incorrect router IP address set as default on it (ie 192.168.1.1), please try resetting it by pressing down for 5 seconds on both buttons for 10 seconds and then release them when finished.
- Occasionally, pages might experience loading problems or show an error when trying to load. When this happens, it is possible that your network has switched its IP address. If you are having difficulty finding it on our list of routers, please refer to our tutorial for locating your router’s IP address.
