3Com Router Login

Follow these instructions to login to your 3Com Router.

1. Connect the Ethernet cable from your laptop or computer to your router using the appropriate port. Alternatively, you can connect wirelessly if you have internet access.

Recommendation – It’s best to use a wired connection while setting up the 3Com router. This prevents you from getting disconnected suddenly when saving your changes.

2. Open your preferred internet browser and input the IP address of your 3Com router in the search bar. You will find this information on the back or bottom of your router.

3. Now enter the default username and password of your router by accessing the admin panel. If you don’t have your username and password, or if you are unsure about what it might be, then you can try one of the default passwords for 3Com routers.

If you’re having trouble logging in to your router, it might be because you’re inputting the wrong credentials. Make sure you write down both your old and new login information after changing it so that you don’t forget what it was.

• Is it time to set up your new computer or mobile device? If you forgot your login password, try hard resetting the router. To do this, find and press the small black button found at the rear of your router for 10 seconds until it resets back to factory settings.
