The Salman Khan-Starrer, Radhe was left in between theaters for a time. To compensate for this long wait, the film first released in Tripura and afterward became available at a limited number of theaters on specific days that went by each month. There was only one theater show per week starting May 17th with no release throughout the rest of May or June 30th when Covid 19’s new strand struck down 10% of all reported cases nationally back home where businesses have closed their doors and entertainment channels remain preoccupied with news coverage full time.
During November 14th onward Radhe was released again at places like the famous Rupam Cinema in Surat and at Amber Cinema in Jamnagar until December 21st when people couldn’t visit cinemas any longer due to increased restrictions coming into effect nationwide because many countrymen feared increasing tensions would lead to violence unless we brought society under complete control once again.
Surprisingly, there were enough people who had gone to watch Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai on the big screen; an impressive feat when you consider that it released digitally almost two months ago. An industry insider explains: Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai is one of the most trolled movies in recent time. Although it was released on DVD nearly two months ago, audiences can still find screenings regardless. What’s more surprising is that no one paid for advertisements or promotional materials for this film which was screened only in Gujarat.
At Amber Cinema in Jamnagar, Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai’s film was watched by 64 people on Saturday but only 55 on Sunday. Meanwhile, at Rupam Cinema in Surat, the showings had a fair number of viewers who attended and watched the movie. At The Friday Cinema though, which is also located within the city limits of Surat, there wasn’t many attendees.
On Thursday evening for example, only 8 audience members came to watch the movie when it was screened for a 3rd time that week during peak hours. One potential reason for this could be because unlike both other theaters where tickets are priced moderately low, The Friday cinema had to charge higher ticket prices since distribution shares demanded so much money.
A trade expert told Bollywood Hungama, Radhe- Your Most Wanted Bhai collected around RS. 10,471 on Sunday, Rs. 7,626 on Monday, Rs. 5,018 on Tuesday, Rs. 4,706 on Wednesday and RS. 5,950 on Thursday. The collections of Radhe- Your Most Wanted Bhai now stand at Rs 1 52 720 approximately! Earlier the Sunday collections were reported to be RS 1 763 but had excluded earnings from cinemas in Gujarat which is why these numbers are lower than expected this week; however it has been confirmed that these cinemas will start screening Radhe- Your Most Wanted Bhai starting from tomorrow (Friday) i 2th July and will continue until mid-July when UP cinemas start working again which can see some improvement in collection levels or even an increase for the entire week depending upon how many cinemas open for business today so stay tuned!
