  1. For those who want to know what the diet looks like, I can also share some information because I myself got the diet. It’s a structured meal plan with 3 main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) made up of the food you selected during the process. It also includes recipes and stuff like that. I checked, and the calories and macros are on point.

    The Agoge diet was created in the 1970s by Dr. Michael Mosley, a British physician. Dr. Mosley believed that a healthy diet could help prevent various diseases and improve overall health. The Agoge diet has been found to be successful in helping people lose weight and improve their overall health.
