  • 1 ounce dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 4 cooking spray
  • 6 cups cooked short grain rice
  • 1 tablespoons aji nori furikake (seasoned seaweed and sesame rice topping)
  • ½  (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1  cup  sour cream
  • 1  ounce tobiko (flying fish roe) (Optional)
  • 12 (2 ounce) packages seasoned Korean seaweed


  • Place the rack of your oven about 6 inches away from where the heat comes out, and preheat it to broil.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with PAM and then spread out the rice evenly in it. Sprinkle the furikake over the layer of rice as evenly as possible.
